HW: The Outsiders Chapter 1

My period 5 class came in after lunch and it was soooo hot. Robert was spelling out the agenda as I signed program cards. It is still hot. I passed out the course outlines and took roll.

We read the course outline about what students can expect in Ms. Nakada's class (lots of reading and writing). I also went over homework (20 pages a night is not that hard, people) and book projects. We talked briefly about NaNoWriMo and I can't wait to start hearing stories from this class.

We then went over supplies (paper, pens, notebook for class notes, notebook for reading journals). Donate stuff! It will help keep our class nice!

I passed out copies of The Outsiders and reminded students to read the first chapter tonight or during ET. 

We then started our blog and came up with 2012 Bloggee :). So there we have it! Our first blog of the school year...
