HW: Research Projects due Friday.
Some girl that I don't know chose me to do the blog thingy. I think Maria aka Mariee told her to pick me because she sits next to her this sucks because I have to do this on a long day. It's really long too. I don't know what to talk about but there is a guy making a funny face on the wall right here. Wel.l the book Three Cups of Tea is super boring. I'm on page 23. Don't tell Ms. Nakada. Oh, now we are talking about seizures and Chris said that his friend Jordan had one in Dr. Saxon's class. Now Ms. Nakada is talking about the most boring book in the world (three cups of tea). Now Maria H. is talking about going to Mcdonalds and asking for a cheeseburger with no cheese. That would be funny. Also, I asked Ms. Nakada if it is possible to land on your leg but break your arm. Jonathan said that happened to him when he was skating. I wonder if Ms. Nakada has ever seen a ghost. I have but it was just clapping a lot. In 3rd period Ms. Daicu told me that she lived in a 120 year old house and every day ten minutes before midnight she heard noises in the bathroom. There is a picture of a dog sleeping and it's making me really sleepy. I'm surprised Mr. Greany hasn't yelled. I see Carolina outside and she is crying and walking with Andrew. Now everyone is doing a winter haiku. Now were working on the high school research project.

We're reading a part of Three Cups of Teas It's funny because were talking about some cliff and a river and between the cliffs there is a metal rope that you have to pull yourself across, then someone asked what if you fall then Ms. Nakada said, "you die." then Sebastian said, "That sounds like a great ride". Were still reading and Mr. Greany just yelled what!!! So we went back to writing our School Research Project. So I' m going to move so I could start writing. Maria picked me to do the blog and Ms. Nakada is reading Three Cups of Tea and we are talking about the book. I read the book last night and it was boring. I'm looking at the picture of Ms. Nagle, Ms. Barbeau, Ms. Nakada, and Ms. Vibbert. Ms. Nagle is a cat, Ms. Barbeau is a rockstar or something, Ms. Nakada is an Oregon Duck girl, and Ms. Vibbert is a witch. They are all taller than Ms. Nakada. People keep walking down the hall. David got taken out of class by Grandpa. Ms. Nakada is still reading the Three Cups of Tea book. Ms. Nakada has two Japanese stuffed dolls in the corners of the wall. Now Ms. Nakada is doing cornell notes about the beginning to the book. These pictures of Mr. Hastings in the duck costume are funny. The one in the dress is funnier. Rebecca with a "K"is going to the bathrooom. She got mad at me and she slapped my arm. I asked Ms. Nakada if she is team Jacob or team Edward and she said she was team Jacob. Maria N. said she is team Jacob too. I think RENE is team Jacob too. Ms. Nakada's brother looks like Mr. Hastings but when I saw her brother wearing an Oregon Ducks shirt I knew it couldent be him . I have to go to the bathroom so I will be right back. On my way to the bathroom I saw Efrain. In the bathroom I saw a plumber guy and he had the old toilet in a box and a new toilet in a stall. Efrain asked what is that and the guy says it's a toilet. There was a can in the toilet and he said it was clogged and it was nasty. Ms. Nakada is showing us her freshman year book and she looks funny. Maria just said she is team lightning Mcqueen . maylan said twilight sucks alot and Jennifer said she thinks Edward is a better husband for bella but she said she said she is team Jacob because she is obsessed with him. Diana said she is also obsessed with jacob she said she LOVES him. RENE TOLD ME AT LUNCH HE IS TEAM JACOB . HE SAID HE LOVES HIM AND HEI IS OBSESSED WITH HIM. These ESA mini footballs are hard. I thought they were foam. Mr. Perez just walked in and I thought he was a friend of mine and I said what's up and he just stared at me. Well, I going to do the high school research thingy so bye. I'm back now and the bell is about to ring so bye. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you guys that me and Maria H. Made up a new word called wallatata and I'm super awesome.

Its says she's a winner:D Rupert (robert) said that the heater is hot and he wants to marry it. Hehe thats funny. Melody wrote 40,000 words :O thats alot. Um now we need to take out our reading journals >.< i owe miss nakada reading journals. People are rushing to get a book. Some books are boring thats why i dont like reading.>.<. Meet in Lab tomorrow
Hello, and welcome to another fantastic blog by yours truely! Today I'll be disscussing what we did yesterday. (Maybe some flash backs along the way) So, let's begin. Ms. Nakada is telling us about what happens when we complete nanowrimo. That picture of Mr. Hastings in a dress is insanely creepy *almost barfs* I'm beginning to think of Christmas, You know what that means *Everyone moans*
It was December 27, 2008. Let me guess, You're thinking "Brandon's gone off his nut! Christmas is on December 25th!" Well, you're right about one thing. Christmas IS on the 25th. I'm talking about my birthday! Me, my sister, my brother, my dad, mom, aunt, uncle and cousins were at Disneyland and it was late. (10:30 to be exact) The fireworks show was about to begin with a bang. Literally. What? did you think that it started with some guy coming out and saying some boring safety tips?! We'd all be lulled to sleep with that Crud! Back to the present, everyone's working on their novels. Sebastian came by earlier and commended me on my first blog. Well thanks to A Certain Someone whose name won't be mentioned, It's been cut short. Next time, pick me on Wednesday! Now, as I was saying..........
Seriously, IS ANYONE GOING TO TAKE THAT CREEPY PICTURE DOWN!?!?! Jeez! I thought of making a blog post telling everyone what is one thing they want for Christmas. Does that sound good? I mean there's only 3 weeks left. I Grabbed the golden ESA football and wondered, "What's so special about Esa kids anyway?" Hmmm. I was thinking of Christmas again and, you know what that means *Everyone moans again* Oh come on! This is the reason why you wanted me to come back! It was Last year 2010, it was Christmas eve Chris was playing A mass effect 2 demo while my sister was RIGHT NEXT TO HIM watching Old Christmas specials like "The Without A Santa Claus" and everyone's favorite, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas". What's that? What was I doing? sleeping in the bath room of course! What? did you think I'd be killing myself with the suspense by waiting?!? Never! I go to bed early every Christmas just to get rid of that pesky suspensful feeling Putting your gut in a head lock. I bet you that each and everyone of you Are going to stay up or peek into your presents. You pesky little Sneaks! Especially Robert! You, yes, YOU! Well, Antwon would do it, but he'd only un-stick a little piece. And speaking of Sneaking... (lol) It flash back time! *Class groans Again!* Me and my brother Chris were Snooping as usual you see when I discovered one of my presents, a power ranger play set. (What?! I was 6!) Crud! Seriously, IS ANYONE GOING TO TAKE THAT CREEPY PICTURE DOWN!?!?! Jeez! I thought of making a blog post telling everyone what is one thing they want for Christmas. Does that sound good? I mean there's only 3 weeks left. I Grabbed the golden ESA football and wondered, "What's so special about Esa kids anyway?" Hmmm. I was thinking of Christmas again and, you know what that means *Everyone moans again* Oh come on! This is the reason why you wanted me to come back! It was Last year 2010, it was Christmas eve Chris was playing A mass effect 2 demo while my sister was RIGHT NEXT TO HIM watching Old Christmas specials like "The Without A Santa Claus" and everyone's favorite, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas". What's that? What was I doing? sleeping in the bath room of course! What? did you think I'd be killing myself with the suspense by waiting?!? Never! I go to bed early every Christmas just to get rid of that pesky suspensful feeling Putting your gut in a head lock. Thanks alot to Xavier I was picked to do the blog again...thank you Xavier. Well I just had to take an A.R test, for the book project, & Xavier I DON'T OWE you anything!! Why did I have to do the blog? I might pick Sebastion to do the blog. I'm bored and I can't write my novel because I forgot my flash drive at home. My knee still hurts from the morning because WYATT pushed me into the bench! Thank you WYATT! :P Well, I don't know what to write anymore...so yeah. It's so silent in the classroom. Kayla sorta told me who she likes...so yeah. I'm still bored. The class is almost over...like in ten minutes. Why did Xavier have to pick me? Like seriously, you could have picked someone else.I hope the fire alarm goes off or something so we can leave the class...I still remember the time Hannah called me a "hobknocker" or however you spell it. Finally, It's my turn to do the blog, can't really say I'm excited though. Ms.Nakada is talking about how we should plan out our writing schedules for our novels. Speaking about novels, how's yours? I like mine so far I'm behind a little or a lot. My character Tony's arm got hit on the edge of a pool when he jumped from 200 ft in the air. Ms. Nakada is challenging everybody with 30 MINUTE WORD WAR, the highest we ever got was 4 mins. I wonder if I should join in. I'll never be really paying attention to my novel when there's a challenge at hand. Time to write a little good-bye p.s How does anybody ever get work done on this tiny table? All I can hear is typing and Mr. Greaney is shouting at his students telling them what improvise means. Time to listen to some music deadmau5 fits this moment perfectly. I wonder if my novel could be as long as Brandon's? Well, it's a worth a try. Thanks Ms. Nakada for the cookies they were goooooooood. I'm so bored sitting here at this laptop typing "Tick Tock, Tick Tock " a clock as you might wonder that was for Sebastian soon you'll know what I mean. Still very quite except for the fact Mr.Greeney has freaked us all out. I can see why everybody doesn't know what to write at this time of the blog. ( Raul just sneezed killing the silence bless you by the way) It's cold. I wish I brought pants then again. Did anybody see the rain yesterday? It was terrible at Uni it was awesome seeing as I'm sick my dad thought it was weird. I took a walk in my extra p.e shorts and flip-flops with only one appropriate jacket. So many un-expected people are actually on task not naming names Diana (Hernandez) you owe me a dollar and don't deny it. Ms. Nakada stopped everyone from writing because it's the end of the WORD WAR, I wonder if I had as many mistakes in my blog as Sebastian then again Ms. Nakada didn't correct it. I think the bell is gonna ring soon. I'm gonna ask or check yeah we have 5 mins left. Well, I don't think anything interesting enough is gonna happen oh wait, Ms.Nakada asked for the alphasmarts to be put away.Well bye I guess

Kayla read her blog and picked me. I finally get to do the blog. I don't know what to write. We took out our NaNoWriMo packets. We are looking at a page that said Details, Details, Details. We are looking at word banks and everyone is yelling out words from the word bank. After that everyone started on their novels. While everyone was doing their novels, Ms. Nakada was checking reading journals. It was really quiet. I could hear people typing on there lap tops and alpha smarts. I started to write on my novel. The bell was about to ring, so everyone put away there alpha smarts and lap tops. The bell rang so bye!:) Naomi was here!!!!!:D <3

It's Monday and I was finally chosen to do the Blog. Thanks to Jenny who screamed my name for the only reason to make me use a computer when she knows perfectly well that I stink when it comes to technology. Oh well I guess I have to suck it up and deal with it. After I was chosen to do the Blog we started to correct the rest of our SPA test. OH My Gosh I feel that I am being tortured because I am the slowest typer in the entire world. I am getting so frustrated because once I start typeing I sometimes miss the answers Ms. Nakada says so I turn around and ask Jenny. After we finished correcting our SPA people got out of their seats to get lap-tops to work on their NaNoWriMo novel. Jenny just got up and started to tell me some of the mistakes I made on the Blog so i corrected it because I always mess one thing or anotther while typing. Then she started to complain how I have mentioned her name more than once in my Blog, but oh well Jenny because thats life.. People started to type and write and the whole room just got quiet in a second when everybody was talking very loud. Okay then I have to start on my novel too so see ya. :} HAXX! From brandon lol

The one day I didn't want to do the blog and I get picked to do it. So, right now we are passing out the spa things for corrections. I'm waiting for mine... Winston says hi... Oh, I think Rebecca is having trouble passing out the spa...Still waiting for mine -_-... Ok i got it now we are grading the spa on our own... Why did I have to be picked on Wednesday. I think I just died a little by looking at Mr. Hastings in a dress. The people are thinking Ms. Nakada is drinking but duh peoples its water and she is pregnant. I wish I had a Dr. Pepper, and Doritos. I wonder who I am going to pick next hm idk who. I wanna work on my story thing. The thing that sucks is that I have only 3.0 pages.... Why did Hannah pick me? >:C Why? why did you? Wow, I got number 2 wrong because I picked c. Ok, I have no idea what to talk about or say. Diana got caught wit something in her hand and she said she was playing with a THINGY... It's funny because it kinda sounds wrong. hehehe... Hm. Chris keeps on looking at me and of couse he will deny it and have you ever noticed that Dr. Saxon is loud? Yeah, people listen. Ms. Nakada is giving out the awnsers. Kohrie or idk how you spell her name is like loud or somethin. Oh, yeah, I know what to name the baby. Name her Davina. He he. Get it. Get it. Or name her what ever you want to name her. Brandon just yelled die -_- Jayden stop flirting... We are now done with spa corrections. I think I wrote a lot of stuff and what not. I'm going to try and be like brandon and write a lot because well, I have nothing else to do and because it's Wednesday but Brandon's was really funny but ya. Ha ha ha Sebastion has to pick up 10 pieces of trash. Now I'm going to go get my novel thing... and listen to some music so bye people's. Winston picked me to do the blog :P Ms Nakada is reading Writers Block Pep Talk. Ms. Nakada is going to tell the grades that we have we take out our composition notebooks and now we're checking our grades. Ms. Nakada told us we could only use our phone as calculaters for our grade. It is our total score divided by 329. We are also working on our Na No Wri Mo. The class is reallly sillent in this project. Every one is working and it's really quite. I hear people typing on the computers, alpha smarts, and lap tops. Ms.Nakada is is showing us how to put our wor count in our buddy page. now she's writingg down our progress. Kohrie told me to write that she is awesome.

Right now we're watching a video about a witch making a potion or casting a spell. This video's weird. We're about to take the spa test or something like that. I'm bored and I don't like tests. We just finished testing for today. Now we're signing this nanowrimo contract. Rebecca's in her own imaginary world she was closing her eyes and acting like as if she was making a potion or casting a spell or something like that. Rebbeca's acting really weird. Arlicia picked me for the blog. I am so scared and I don't know what to write about. Ms. Nakada is talking about the novel writing month thing. Mmmmm I'm thinking. I don't know what to write about. Khorie is so loud. I was clueless in what to do until I asked Wyatt. Kohrie is really weird and I'm still clueless. I don't know what to write about. For the first time the class is not that loud. I almost dropped the computer OMG. I need Brandon to help me in the blog. His blog was so inspirational. Who likes my username for the NaNoWriMo Chunkymonkey20? This is not boring but I don't know what to write about. Today is a long day of class. I don't know what to say to make my blog funny. I see kids outside playing. They are getting Physical. (By the way my blog wont be funny so dont get yuor hopes up:D). Jaden was right this is boring... Now people are sharing what they wrote to the class. Well, Robert said he liked Ms. Nakada's book because they called her names. Then Luis said The Outsiders was his favorite book. That's probably because it the only book hes ever actually read. So now we have to write about our main character. Yes!!! Im finally done..we have to finish our main character discriptions for homework...bye bye:D

In class we were finishing up our personal narratives. Ms. Nakada was passing out graded work. Alex was telling me how he feels for some reason. Some students were asking Ms.Nakada about the narratives. Surprisingly the class wasn't as noisy as it usually is. WOW. I am so annoyed sitting at this computer thanks a lot Wyatt. Diana just walked over and said"HI". I can't stop looking at this pic of Mr. Hastings in a pink dress it's unnatural but a bet is a bet. Xavier told me to choose Arlicia so I guess I am. All I can hear is Naomi and Robert laughing adout something. Man this is boring. Why won't the bell ring? Ms. Nakada walked around asking students do they have there reading journals. Everyone turned in there alpha smarts and then Kohrie was passing out a packet about the NATIONAL NOVEL WRITING MONTH. And how we have to write 20,000 words in 30 days. The bell rang so bye. {P.S. "special" blog and Ms. Nakada is reading her story yay! Imma listen to it! Awww this is so cute!!! lol Sebastian is responding to everything she says in her story... lol someone said oh my god lol! awwwwww her story was sooooo good everyone is clapping now xD.... lol I just saw my friend doing a weird hand dance in Mr. Greany's class!!! Yay alpha smarts. Imma go get mine!!! Ugh not yet apparently.... who should I pick next??? Jayden told me to pick Xavier so I think I might pick Jayden lol maybe not...... lol I just saw my other friend asleep in Mr. Greany's class asleep. lol so anyway brb gotta get my alpha smart!!! It's 946 words long... lool OMG ITS FRIDAY I GET TO GO TO LEAP!!!! leap is an after school program on Fridays in Mr. Oakes's room and you get to play games and stuff. It's really fun... ew... YES! I finally get to do the blog! For some reason, people don't like doing it. So! Ms. Nakada just finished her story. It was about how her husband proposed. Though it was weird because he used... carrots... strange much? Everyone just got their alpha-smarts to start again on their stories. Mine is about how I lived in Texas for a year. I'm excited to finish it, but I've got a blog to do! I really enjoy doing this. I hear Mr. Greaney talking to his class. I still have no idea who to pick next. I hear the clicking of people's alpha smarts. That's all I really hear right now. (pitter-patter-pitter-patter) I'm wishing for a comfortable chair right now, and Ms. Nakada isn't at the computer like she usually is. I really want to thank Naomi again for picking me. Lucky, IT'S WEDNESDAY!! So I get to do the blog extra long. JOY!! Too bad I can't read it tomorrow because it's Thursday. (That stinks). For some reason I think back to the day I stayed home in the morning longer because it was raining and I didn't have pants.(That gave me enough time to finish watching a Transformers G1 episode.) So Dad and I scoured the city for blue khakis until we finally hit the Macy's near Century City. We got the pants,(and a cool Lakers outfit) and headed home and as it turns out, it was Wednesday! (Flash-back over :p) Now I can proceed to continuing the blog! (Notice how I rolled the P there?) The phone is ringing and Ms. Nakada picks it up and hangs up after the message is relayed. It feels cold and I feel all fuzzy inside. (Flash-back time again!) I think back to last Christmas, when I got my first M game, the Christmas before that, when I was in a rented apartment, and Christmas 4 years ago, when I was playing Lego Star Wars 2. Me and my brother, Chris (at the time age 10) had just finished the game. At New Year's eve, we wondered in 2012 what would happen. (Flash-backs over again) Darn, looks like there's too much! Maybe we can make this blog into a Christmas Special! (What? It's not like YOU have any ideas.) Or maybe we can use this as a Three-part special blog. (Hey, a guy can dream can't he?) I look at the WILSON football and wonder,"who's ball is that?" Uh-oh, I feel another flash-back coming on. (For Pete's sake!) This time I think back to last Christmas again how my dad got a spare mattress and I slept in the bathroom. (Go ahead and laugh. I don't mind. Oh and the flash-back is over). Those blasted crows out side are driving me MAD! I wonder how much longer class is and if i can read all this in a single period on Friday! (Oh and Ms. Nakada, please don't delete my flash-backs). Wow, all the progress you can make in an hour! Whew.....Aww man! The breeze is causing another flash-back! (Ugggh!) It was long, long ago in an apartment far, far away.....OK not really I just wanted to make a Star Wars reference. It was long ago in an apartment that was in the watchful eye of the Mormon temple. It was when I got my PsP (PlayStation Portable. that is for Ms. Nakada). Now I must work on my narrative. Ach! My back is killing me! I've been working on my narrative. Class is soon ending. Yesterday, Mrs. Nakada was absent so Mr.Perez was our substitute teacher and because we weren't able to finish working on our Roller Coaster Plots; we're continuing today. Mrs. Nakada is using the day her husband proposed to her as an example to help us. People are starting to get the alpha smarts....I got to go get mine tooo! Ok, I'm working. Mrs. Nakada is calling on people to read from the beginning of their stories. Well I got to go it's Tuesday and class ends early so the bell's about to ring. Bye!

Today Bryana isn't here so Diana read Bryana's blog. So all 8th graders went to the auditorium to go see a guy talk about bullying. He was saying that his son killed himself from somebody bulling him his son didn't like to get bulled he was a young kid and was always playing with his friend and never bulled anyone his dad went to the WHITE HOUSE to meet the president of the UNITED STATES. He was trying to make a law
for bullying.

I was picked to do the blog, wow. We are about to take notes. Ms. Nakada said put ch.8 The danger of a single story. She told us to set it up in Cornell notes. We are going to listen to a lady named Chimamanda Adichie. She is talking about a book named The Danger Of A Single Story. She was from Nigeria. Kori is staring at me again like she was in ET. The class is really quiet and paying attention to this lady speaking on a video were watching. Ms. Nakada paused the video and said what has she said so far. Someone yelled out ginger beer and Sebastian said she read British books. Ms. Nakada said when Adichie went to college she found African books. Kori looks likes she bout to go to sleep! Shocker Ms. Nakada asked what do we think about when some when she says Africa and Renee said giraffe LOL! IT SO HOT.P eople are discussing grades. I don't see why people are screaming about it. Hannah wants me to pick Sebastian for the blog; I might pick him, but I wanted to pick Jayden because he told the kid that picked me to pick me so yeah. I'm waiting for the bell to ring I don't want to talk in front of the WHOLE class.
We're highlighting our response to lit outline and prewrite right now. Ms. Nakada is reading the prompt and her essay. I might as well pick Sebatian for the blog instead.

We came into class and copy down the Blog. Maria went up and read her blog that she wrote yesterday. After she read it she picked me to do the blog but i knew already that she was gona pick me because my friend told me at lunch. Now im doing the blog while the others are doing poetry. Ms Nakada is now talking about the story of Edan and some one else I forgot the name. Now there talking about ryming word or something lol. Ms Nakada is yelling at Sabastian if his taking notes because he wasnt paying attention. Right now there talking about the color green and that the color means a symbole of new or something. Also theyre talking about nature and comparing it to life -_-. I think that no theyre talking about religious stuff like every one sins and stuff like that. Raul is saying that his mom is six years old xD. Now the class is done with the poetry lesson now were moving to an essay lesson :(. Rebecca is now laghing and making fun of me beacuse im here on the computer doing the blog. Ms Nakada is telling us that we have to be prepare for high school. Now the class is learning how to write a paragraph like it needs a thesis statement. Ms Nakada just walked up to robert and shes like "wow your working!" and roberts like "yea you thought I was lieing?" lol. Now were learning how to write an essay and Ms Nakada told us to high light the notes we justed copied down. Now were just hight lighting and getting ready to leave class. Now Ms Nakada said that every 5 weeks we have to switch seats. Now were packing up the bell rang this means good bye.

We started the day by Ray reading the blog and decided to pick me to do the blog next. Rebecca went by me saying, "I'm getting a paper from the book case." I agree with Ray she is a wierdo, but she's my bestfriend so yeah. We then finished watching The Outsiders,while Ms. Nakada was collecting the projects that were due today. Some people had to do some A.R. testing so they used this computer.We are stilll watching The Outsiders. Now we are done watching the movie. We than did our class scores and put our worksheets that we did already inside. Then we packed up and the bell rang so bye bye!:) We are leaving

You know what I just noticed? RJ stands for reading journal. :O
Ok. So George (Lopez) decided to pick me to do the blog. Not very nice btw. I was planning on being smart and doing my notes. :P Well anyways.... What to write, what to write. I know who I'm gonna pick. Muahahaha! His name rhymes with lavinder. Ray called me weird. *Sigh* Ms. Nakada is passing out papers right now about the "Idiom Review" that we did with Mr. Jones. Luis replaced me for my sweater! Eww, there's a fly next to me!!! Omg omg omg! I got 10/10 on my paper! WooWoo! :) I hear we're gonna be reading like over nine books. Marie says hi lol. Chris is reading the "types of projects" is that how you spell his name? Idk haha. Did you know Halloween is coming up? I was a banana for 6th grade! :D Oh yeah no school on Thursday! What else should I write about? Thanks a lot George. The first project due date is September 30. We're about to watch The Outsiders and were getting our grades done. First, Marie started to read the blog and then she chose me to do the blog. Then Ms. Nakada told the class to take out the vocabulary notes. After that Ms. Nakada open a book and said what were the conjuctions. While we were writing our notes we started to watch a little movie of conjuctions. Luis read the blog then he choose me to do the blog thing. Then Ms. Nakada and the rest of the class were reading. They are talking about the book and keep reading. Now they are taking out the alphasmarts everyone is checking their paragraphs on the alphasmarts to make sure there are no mistakes. It's so quiet and I'm so bored. We went to the computer lab to print our paragraphs and now we are back. We are putting the alphasmarts away. Ms. Nakada is eating in front of the hole class and Diana Mena asked if she can give the whole class one fry to share. Ms. Nakada is still eating her fries she is now done with her burger. Diana Mena is hungryyy now!!! (She can smell it!) Chris is now passing out the high lighters and Ms. Nakada is passing out the paragraphs that we printed. We are high lighting our paragraphs.We are done high lighting our paragraphs and Ms. Nakada collected them. We are talking about idioms, analogies, metaphors, and similes. We are now writing notes about dialect. Everyone is now packing up and getting ready to leave because the bell is about to ring.

Now Ms. Nakada is reading the book then Daniel read. nothing is going on but read read read, oh and daniel read like 5 pages by himself. I am so bored here not doing anything that I almost fell asleep. We are all still reading. Then I found out that soda got Sandy pregnant. They are still reading. Oh, and I am going to choose Marie next. Now they stopped reading but only 2 minutes passed and they are reading again. Now it is almost 12:53. Man, this class goes by fast.

Uhhh, Today we walked into class after lunch. We sat down and started coping the agenda for today. Then Chris read his blog. My favorite part of Chris's blog today was when he said "Diana M. is soo awesome !" :D And no I didn't write that he did! When he was finished reading his blog Rene told him to pick me so he did and I got mad. -__- Later Ms. Nakada told us to read silently and keep our reading logs out while she goes around the class to check if we did the summaries 2.1-2.5 for The Outsiders. (It's so quiet !!) This took exactly 35 minutes. Then Ms.Nakada told us to take out our notebook that has our class note in it. Then we wrote the English Class Scores. The asignments were course outlines, reading log 1.1-1.2, and reading log 2.1-2.5. Then Ms. Nakada told us we can use our cell phones for a calculater to find out what our grade is. Then we started writing more notes on our Vocabury 1 paper. The bell is about to ring, so yeah, bye! Wait. Wait. The bell hasn't rung and it's 2:08. Nevermind. Bye!

Today Maria H. went up and read her blog. Then sadly she called me to write the blog today. Ms. Nakada checked everyones reading journal. Then we had to read The Outsiders silently. Then the class started to read out loud. Then Ms. Nakada was writting a summary with the class about what happened in The Outsiders chapter 4, and then Ms. Nakada asked "what happened to Ponyboy?" and Robert said, "he got wet." Then she explained the homework. After that she told us to turn to our reading writting journal, and today's topic was about elements of plot. We did cornell notes. We were talking about The Outsiders and about it's conflicts. Then she told us to choose a chapter and to write about the characters, setting, and conflict. Then we did the questions for todays notes. Now everybody is doing there paragraphs on the alphasmarts . Osvaldo went to the counseling office and he was doing the blog he came back after about 10 min. He was switching out of Ms. Nakada's class so I offered to take over on the blog . Ms. Nakada is going around checking people who finished their paragraphs on the alphasmarts and Diana M. is so awesome ! (: Diana wrote that. The bell is about to ring so I'm going to stop writing now.

Elsa came up to the front of the class and read the blog from last Friday. Ms. Nakada told us to take out our notes and she stared to teach us about dreafting, revising, editing, and publishing. Then we hade to do our personal writing process and when eveybody else was doing their work. Rebecca said hi to me =].Then Ms. Nakada told the class is anyone wanted to share there writing process. Robert was the first one to share. After she asked a question to the class: ''What are the 5 steps to writing procces''. Ms. Nakada explained how to revise and edit. Ms. Nakada told us what is going to be the home work. We got another point when we get ten we get a party?=]. Then we took more notes =[. Ms. Nakada told us about green, yellow and red. Ms. Nakada made us do a story about anything we wanted and made us do like a bubble map. Ms. Nakada told us about the perfect paragraph and the bell rang and we left.

My period 5 class came in after lunch and it was soooo hot. Robert was spelling out the agenda as I signed program cards. It is still hot. I passed out the course outlines and took roll.
We read the course outline about what students can expect in Ms. Nakada's class (lots of reading and writing). I also went over homework (20 pages a night is not that hard, people) and book projects. We talked briefly about NaNoWriMo and I can't wait to start hearing stories from this class.
We then went over supplies (paper, pens, notebook for class notes, notebook for reading journals). Donate stuff! It will help keep our class nice!
I passed out copies of The Outsiders and reminded students to read the first chapter tonight or during ET.
We then started our blog and came up with 2012 Bloggee :). So there we have it! Our first blog of the school year...
